Family Connections home care pro- viders receive training, and 24/7 support from our certified staff. The goal is to accomplish a successful placement for the participant, and to build a meaningful relationship with the home provider while work- ing as a team to ensure meeting the needs of the participant.
Family Connections will walk you step by step throughout the entire process to ensure the perfect match, between par- ticipant and home care provider for a long lasting placement.

The Ideal Host Family:

As a thank you, you will receive $100 for each person that completes the FHP application process, and an additional $400 when a participant is placed in a home.
