CONSUMER CHOICE DAY ACTIVITY PROGRAM
Started in 1996, CCDAP provides both site and community-based day programming for adults with full ranges of intellectual and developmental disabilities, Monday through Friday. Persons attending these programs make meaningful choices about how and where they work, learn and participate in community activities.
Family Connections is one of the largest Adult Family Home Agencies in Southern California providing family home environments to adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities.
PARENTING SUPPORT PROGRAM
Through Family Connections Parenting Support provides in-home education and mentoring, advocacy & training to promote independent, self-directed living for parents with developmental disabilities.
INDEPENDENT LIVING SERVICE
Understanding how the world works is essential for developmentally disabled individuals who wish to be self-sufficient, so OCAAC offers important lessons about living. Classes can start with homegrown basics like housekeeping, using the telephone, setting up a bank account, shopping for necessities, and grooming.
LIFE UNLIMITED PROGRAM
Life Unlimited provides a high quality day program to individuals with Severe and Profound Physical and Developmental Disabilities that impede independent functioning.
Many of the individuals we serve want to work in the community and have the ability to do so successfully. My Day Counts helps make this possible by contacting local employers and informing them of opportunities to hire qualified candidates with disabilities. My Day Counts also provides job coaches who give on-site training and support. In addition, over 200 individuals participate in a Work Activity Program that provides full-time work in workshop facilities in Anaheim, California assembling and packaging products for major companies such as Con-Agra, Kimberly-Clark, Mead Corporation, Ecolab Corporation, Cafejo, Oakley Eyewear, and Sam Pievac Company.
MY CUP COUNTS
An innovate new program designed to create minimum wage jobs for adults with disabilities.
